how did they pay for "Mayskaya" Cash! think not? Bonds! think not.
Only thing left is Stock. My opinion is the need the stock from the open market, so they want to change Bonds for stock maybe that the 100,100,000 shares they need for "Mayskaya".


How do you think they got Mayskaya?????
