where did you get those numbers from, I was under the impression there is a gagged T/A?

sure would like a clear answer here...

and like I mentioned earlier, if they hired an IR firm, they are normally paid in shares unless there is cash on hand,

and HSCO dont seem to have the shares on hand to pay with a near maxed A/S already,

so a change in A/S seems logical...
