Im not sure what warranted your comment... I cant be the only person who's had that experience. Why would I lie about something like that. What do I gain from lying about what I stated?
You say show proof? How do I show proof of a conversation (actually several conversations where that was stated)... it wasn't stated at the front end customer service level, but when I was transferred to the next level. I don't remember the specific dept's name, but it wasn't the first level customer service person that would tell me to have my atty contact them. It was the dept that handled the initial inquiries that happened when the initial law suit was made against us shareholders..
Im sure the brokerage has a recording of the conversation as they record all calls.. But that's not something I can access. Can you get copies of conversations youve had with your brokerage?
