Spot on! If, indeed, this "company" actually comes out with audited and verifiable financials, it will be a first and, perhaps, a tiny initial step toward credibility. But, as you well know, you-know-who has promised such financials in the past and not once did he deliver.
The odds are, as you point out, that any profits derived from the supposed deal with Matheson will be marginal at best and will be used for what this company is very, very good at doing - diluting.
