2B, I hope a PR on plan "B". I think PTSC ownes that to us.JMO

PS I think the ruling sucks. Every civil attorney I talked to said there wasn't an A-C privilege and Higgins should be able to testify. It should be noted that they were state attorneys not federal attorneys. I don't know if that would make a difference; but will be checking.
If it doesn't, I have great concern about future decisions (favoring PTSC) from this court.JMO
Not Bashing, just holding and hopeing that POLITICS is not the final decision factor.
