#6669 RE: kipp440 #6665

Looking good for my new position in KCS added another couple of blocks in the show today ...chop chop I love this one a lot like I love my ASPN's it's a free lunch no matter what someone else said about it..don't know why I should buy DVN which market Cap is 20-30 times larger than KCS
I already have some substantial International plays in my portfolio so it was time to look in the US-NG shopping list so KCS is the name..in that list...

They are going to drill another 170-190 wells this year and with a future outbreak in NG I wouldn't mind buying more if it should drop don't think this will happen with today's facts but anyway...

The more I look at it the more I like it...probably not going to have a 200% increase on this one..but I'm looking for a 60-100% gain at the end 2005...from the current shareprice...so a shareprice from $ 25 -$ 32 fits into my forecast.

with NG prices above $ 6 this one is a nobrainer...if we compare it with other NG drillers..like ATPG or CPE..it's outperforming the average E&P in a big way...and definitly trading below the radar..With NG remain in heavy demand can't go wrong overhere...

KCS has a multiwide inventory of drilling prospects and are optimistic achieving good results this year..and they are probably/certainly going to acquire an additional prospect somewhere between now & April..which will increase there reserves from 328 BCF to 376 BCF..

The shareprice recovered very quickly after yesterday's dip..and had a strong close supported with large buys at the end so even on a TA basis this one looks more than good...

Good luck,

RR
