From my understanding if you have reciepts they are blocked. Can't be traded. Mine are in a vault.

Thanks Realmoney but I have been told that some brokers still play with them if they are still in street name even though it's a no no. If that is not so then perhaps cash accounts are the way to go in this situation. I'm tired of seeing this manipulaton. I'm sure we all are.
