I don't see any solid evidence of significant dilution...what do you base this on?

All I am seeing is a situation where peeps are not willing to jump into the game based on a flimsy PR, and a previously non-materialized assertion of the same PR from months earlier.

If the deal happens this time around, the shorts are going to get burned and those who dared to get in despite their skepticism will profit handsomely IMO.
