None. We are toast. Sure there might be 'appeals' but the reality is that the pps of all classes will be next to nothing and we are talking years before any appeal will bear fruit. My advice to everyone is prepare for the worst and pray for the best because Walrath has everything she needs to approve it. We're in a very tough spot heading into Dec 1, our hope lies in Susman and his abilities.

I am very thankful this holiday for my health, family & friends.
Can't say I'm feeling the same way about this case lol. But in the end if we lose next week we lose money - and money can always be made back!
