Why do think has Smartire changed its name to TTC Techn. after the sale if they have no subst. business ?
So if Bendix bought Smartire resp TTC - they need to pay out the shareholders of Smartire!
Normally via share exchange programm. Or even they would initiate a merger and shareholders would then own shares for this specific devision (TTC).

To begin you must learn the names of the company It's Bendix not Bendex then do a DD that will support your negativity towards this company.
