Great post! I don't know what the short percentage has been with the recent volume, but I'm guessing pretty high. (if anyone has these numbers, could you please post them TIA) I believe we will see some movement toward settlement from some of the infringers soon. As soon as some start to roll over I believe we might just see the mother of all runs. GMHO
