Makes 100% perfect sense. No doubt it's coming at anytime...

Mr.Larson signed and filed last 10Q & the recent NT-10Q, so check this out, if he just filied last 10Q for 2nd quater and is taking this much time to do what would practically be a duplicate if it remained a shell!! The reason its taking longer is due to the new details yet to be fully unvieled! All adds up as easy as 1+2=3!!
