How could something that is being manipulated and planned by management cause them to "shut their doors"? This is either EXPH insiders dumping shares ahead of a reverse split (in addition to PIPE funders dumping the recent 400M A/S raise) or management setting up to do a buyout to take the company private at next to nothing. Either way, it is management controlling what is going on. How can this remain such a mystery? Why do the actions of an obvious scam like Expo Holdings, Inc. have to be explained away as something of a clandestine and deeply secretive underground plot? I have been telling people exactly what would happen for six months, LOL. All IMHO.
