djr63, look back at dk's numbers posted today. He got the 25 billion from the Washington Secretary of state.. there was an amendment to the documents on Nov 2003 where the A/S was raised to 25B.. Q put out a PR out in Feb 2004 stating the A/S was only 15B at the time.. I didn't know that until dk posted the numbers today.. I always thought the A/S was 15B per the Q PR in Feb 2004..
