George Coates has been accused of fraud in the past (according to the charge,for mail fraud and touting the non-existent merits of his 'engine'), spent a few nights in jail, plead 'no contest' and was forced to repay a lot of money...it takes 30 seconds to google this info as it's all a matter of public record (i.e. NY Times and SEC). If you're expecting to have an honest conversation with members of the CIL executive regarding short term sales projections, I wish you the best of luck. Full disclosure: I'm someone who's lost money on this stock and am a 'whiner'.
