What if instead of the NIR group taking advantage of another desperate company, it is the other way around.

What if the 68k in financing that amounts to over 200 million shares in dillution is just a way for shares to hit the float and be accumillated on the cheap by others in the know. Remember in the end you are looking at a shell with less than 500 million in the float r/m with assets

If that is what is happening than all these buys here are a great value and you won't be buying in much cheaper. This is a textbook stock for me. I am really going to school on how this plays out..glta
