TSTC - it's clueless timing. The shares were likely to be strong in Q3/Q4 - they could have used the facility and then done the secondary at a higher share price. Oh well.

TSTC - you can see this in a positive way. They had this shelf open since the beginning of March. There was never any doubt that they plan to do an equity raise. Also that the one and only reason for this is working capital needs related to the always exploding A/R balance.

It's positive that TSTC did not sell shares around the $10 level where the stock was trading for about six months this year. The price is not that terrible if you consider the average of the year.

TSTC Chart It appeared that many China stocks were ready for a bullish turn up yesterday had it not been for the Korean debacle...TSTC was certainly poised for a nice run with the sustained solid volume too....crazy turn of events. no position myself but on the top of my watch list....
