This is not dilution.You are right delmar will not dilute the stock before the run. Its becuase of 2 reasons.1)All 4's that are appearing are actually buys at 5's all those 5 digit ones. 2)MM r exchanging shares btwn them.atleast 50% of the volume or more is bcaz MM's trying to move shares btwn them and trying to scare ppl. all the loose hands already left.
