The problem here is that they are putting out information which list real company names like Al-Dorra and Strategema Capital SA which goes against the general pattern that pinks use when announcing the "we have a buy-out offer from an undisclosed buyer, blah blah blah".
They could be treading on very thin ice here for this very reason if it comes out later that it was all a hoax, imho..
