As has been posted here, the judge is suspected as being prejudiced in favor of Daic. As I remember, again on this board, in September Daic told the court he was looking for resolution before the end of the year. This latest event suggests he has no interest in settling, but rather, still intends to gut CLYW. As I stated weeks ago, he seems to be a bum interested only in himself. His career is one of apparently cheating dozens of corporations out of their assets. He operates internationally and has built a complex knot -- a spider web of interlocking and shell corporations.

To date, no one has ever been able to make him pay for his actions. It seems that to Daic, CLYW is just one small part of his career of destruction. It's up to the BOD and investors now to resolve the case with him. If the PPS drops significantly I will double or triple my holding and thus get a seat on the BOD. That will be a trip.
