You are giving this company a billion dollar market cap for a pink sheet and he has not ship an ounce of iron ore?

These are the companies that have billion dollar market caps in pure play iron ore companies. They have spent hundreds of millions, if not billions. And yes, they all are shipping millions of tons a year:
