let me put it this way:
Minamoo needs these shells to produce money and eventually they'll find someone willing to sign the dotted line to be the new CEO (on paper). So far NWTT hasn't had the hype like several of the others have ......so just wait it out and watch for the hype campaign. All this float "locked" stuff just feeds the beast imo.
