Despite the PR, the PPS of SSPT has continued to drop. There is continued selling after the reverse split, which was likely the true goal of the R/S.

Barrett and Posten diluted the company into the ground and ended up with no bid status.

They then did a 1:100 RS and began to dump some more.

Why should anyone trust this company?
