StevenRisk There are 1.9 million shares in the public float and the rest are held by the CEO. A few insiders hold some. I will be talking to Peter Sanders the CEO tomorrow I will verify the exact number of shares in the public float

I do know that when this stock first started trading it went up to the .80 to $1. area, I believe those are the sellers that are coming in, the last time it spiked there were sellers in the .60 range and it killed the run, this time with all the news stacked up i think we can blow right through that.

Let me talk to Peter tomorrow morning and i will see what he says, he is a straight up guy who is concerned about shareholder value. This may be a pinksheets stock but i for one do not buy pinksheet stocks until after i have had a long conversation with the people in control, not their agents.
