Yes - this post has been reposted several times since then.
I would note that what this speaks of, basically a reformulation of existing drugs so as to extend exclusivity is not the same as the things you discuss in post 1475, which are largely NEW applications.
All in all, there would seem to be lots of potential and it would be nice to hear Short talk at some length about these possibilities and where they stand. What it interesting to me is that all of this is basically gravy. The POR (and the detailed financial projections associated with it and which allowed it to be approved) did not reflect any of these NEW potential income streams.
The final kicker in all of this is that BK has been a huge and preemptive time drain for Short and the entire management team. Once freed from that, we should expect them to be able to advance all these other things more rapidly (and publicly!).
