nsomniyak----I think this Irgovel sale might move BK back to mid December. Short did say at the end of the POR PR that "We will exit BK by the end of the year" There was some wrangling to get the Herbal Science $1,500,000 off the BK and there is a December 10th date with the BK judge. Gnus posted on this this morning at yahoo. But, other things can happen in the meantime. I'd be afraid to trade this stock to pull back. Today was interesting like Friday. In the last 1/2 hour over 100,000 shares were traded. Somebody wants this stock.
