Paper certificates went out to people in the "Dallas Office". Those people that had accounts with TDA or other companies, probably didn't see anything because the stock was under review by the SEC and couldn't be issued.

I was told by the TDA broker that over 10 days ago, that distribution of the Artfestdirect stock was withdrawn/rescinded.

ArtfestDirect has become Starfest Direct which might be one reason that this distribution of dividends was taken back-who knows?
