Thank you for your reply and I have one more question about when your company is planning on sending out any type of updated information because there is talk about schedule 14A's and a 8-K. I ask this because there was word over the weekend on a stock board that you emailed an individual back with that informoation and verifying if it is true or false.

"We are sending out Schedule 14A's and a 8-k will follow within the next week. I can not release any other news until it becomes public."
