the reason is
1. they have 10000000000000000000000000 shares outstanding.
2. they have NOT come thru on about 500 promises
3. they dont have a major carrier
4. theres no sight of getting on (indicitive of the pps)
5. did I mention the 100000000000000000000000 chares outstanding
6. they wont clear up the financials (o/s a/s etc...)

thus reducing the o/s.; then I could live with the languishing pps.
