micah: An experienced accountant tells me that procedurally an audit of a subsidiary cannot be issued separately but as an exhibit in the parent company's 10-K. LTC is a subsidiary of CSMG. Meanwhile, the dearth of trading in CTGI arguably telegraphs that CSMG lingers in Limbo. Were financial redemption on the horizon, trading would doubtless reflect it.
