you would also think that if this is real, the company knows the cat is out of the bag without an official announcement and would pr it earlier than dec 5.

I have no arguement. If this is real they will have to actually audit this stock before the transfer, and will see that there are millions upon millions of shares out there that don't actually exist. That would be something to behold!
