If you think they will keep selling and dropping the PPS further that is your opinion, you have to find the point where you think its done and invest. IMO the selling is done.
25M restricteds were converted into non-restricted shares 2 weeks ago, and last week 25M shares hit the market.
We'll all know today and the next few days if the selling is over, and if it is, you may miss the rise in PPS
