Looks like JBII does need to get the permit in the reasonably near future to generate cash flow.

Permit coming any time now, so what does it matter. They have thousands of gallons of diesel/gasoline stored that will be sold as soon as permit hits.

It seems your original assessment of JBII has changed? Could you enlighten us as to the reasons for that? Because you seemed to be VERY enthusiastic earlier....even coming up with the term JUGGERNAUT. Was there some significant DD that you missed at the beginning?....and if there was, what is the new DD that has changed your opinion?.......z
