Yup, everybody is finger pointing...as if small U.S. companies don't over represent or over promote, or over promise...as If LEHMAN BROS, AND ENRON AND WASHINGTON MUTUAL AND AND AND....the bottom line is, there will be huge 5 and 10 baggers coming from the china small cap sector. ...yea, but it is not like, as you derisively put it, "this other technology firm that claims..." blah blah...that TSTC is merely "claiming" something, ie it has an untested patent or secret technology it is promoting like a U.S penny stock pumping company....NOT. ! hey, go tell the Big 3 china telecoms about your notion (and I realize it is not yours, to be fair) that they don't know what they are doing, that the tstc, FCC APPROVED TECHNOLOGY, IS being over represented to them, or overpromised....I sorta think maybe they have done just a wee bit of testing! lol before buying it hand over fist....do you think perhaps these hundred billion dollar market cap telecoms employ even a single engineer????? No now way, they are just a mirage, a fake, a 'fraud,' the china telecoms don't exist, their testing engineers, don't exist, yes china itself is nothing but a fraud...not a single chinese person who is not a fraud...lol... ...american investors, go figure, like a disgrunted clown who has had a bad week with his own stocks, gets to tell the Big 3 they don't know what they are buying...kinda pathetic, this sad envy. I think the group think tank at CGS should consider shorting with both fists....all stocks that trade in China except ccme, lph, nep,..i.e. in short their stocks, are no good....hope realfast or whatever his name gets the american technician in the small room in that houston hospital to verify to him that the tstc products are suspect and the china telecoms do not know what they are doing....ureka!

unfortunately "we" do not have perfect information, nor will we ever. This is the stock market, not fixed income. Many in this space have lost their nerve, feel slighted, which may well be true, feel they and their companies are immediately owed something by the market, feel they need to know the 1147th employee before investing any $$$ in a company, feel that everybody is lying....i.e. as if big U.S company's don't puff or misrepresent every single quarter they do not make the estimates, which, btw, have already been leeked to their friendly analyists,...etc...hey, like every time a U.S. multinational does not exceed the estimates they have lied and defrauded all their investors, hey...if I do not get immediate returns, the company has lied to me and I am owed this and that and what about my entitlements.....WWWWHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA !
