Go-you are probably right, however, they are as pissed as we are. Im sure they wouldnt mind screwing JPM as much as possible...as long as it doesnt cost them anything.

The TPS holders are already getting something, separately from the P's and K's, in the POR. Rosen put them in 1 class higher than us, which he can't do legally. TPS holders are on the same level as us. Even if JPM assumes them, we are still good as it takes away that $4 billion obligation. Right now the TPS, P's, and K's would get payed out equally.
