No, explain how is it possible for VERT the one you accused of manipulating the PPS here on the BEHL ticker to trade more shares than they have for 18 months before this last few months by nearly 12 times over in volume. They have sat on the Ask the entire time so they have only been selling shares this past few months, how do you explain 45M in volume from January 2009 to the end of June 2010 and now 640M shares traded in the past few months (Aug-Oct2010) when they have only been selling? How do you explain this, these are facts supported by the OTCBB trading activity reports, not something you googled about BB stocks.
It is quite simple you accused the MM of manipulating when in fact they are simply selling shares for BEHL's capital raising. The facts are all there, yet you stil have not provided proof of manipulation just evidence of what has happened to BB stock which are quoted and sponsored by MMs.
Unquoted stocks are rarely if ever manipulated by MMs, they are quite often manipulated by big traders and the company, anyone who can trade greater than 10% or greater the float on any given day. But in this case you have cited this particular MM which is actually the source of BEHLs capital raising. Proof is in the data, not some Internet rumor regurgitated by novice investors. Last why would you buy stock if you really thought it was being manipulated in price by an MM? It makes absolutely no sense to buy a stock if you feel it is being manipulated into the ground as that means you have no chance to win if that were the case.
