After going over the CPV website, I feel it's a perfect fit....

Sometime back, I had the impression, the total sales were @ 10 Mill$. Cannot recall, 5000 units @ 2K$ or 2000 units @ 5K$, some thing like that going by memory. So if 10 mill in sales, something has a draw. It might be a goog thing to look up IP rights, patents ect.

Since debt managment is the dearth of most companies in a downturn market, economy of scale may be the proposed buyers intrest. Or, any patents, from eliminating competition.
