After reading the email again I'm still confused. Its very vague, and Kuni doesn't deny any relation to Fusion Communications. I don't think Kuni has anything to do with the site, but maybe another inside source decided to leak the information or have fun with it? Something is odd about it all! Here's the email to shareholders:

It is our continued commitment to update our shareholders of all current business activity and news, as we feel necessary.
Recently, there has been some confusion in the market place as to the correct domain to our company web site. There is only one domain for the company (www.polaris-int.com) as this has been the case for the past two years. Any other representations or statements being made regarding the company having an alternative web site domain are false and or misleading and should not be viewed as accurate information that can be relied on for information on the company.
We thank you for your comments and concerns and hope this brings some clarity to this matter.
We continue to focus on our day to day business activities both in the US and Japan.
