The AICPQ spread has always been wide. I began buying 10/20/09 at $.023 per unit. My strategy has been simple. On "buy' days, be the high bidder and just wait for others to sell. It could take a couple of days for an execution. If it is small, I generally increase my bid to the ask to make paying the commission worthwhile (Fidelity only charges me one).
