I really hope there wasn't dilution either, because when you hear it from the horses mouth and there is sh*t in it, doesn't leave a good taste in your mouth. I am certain it won't leave a good taste in a majority of the shareholders that had talked and discussed with the CEO the goals and current state of the company!

he should of jsut called me - i would of done a privae placement - and had the shares restricted - would of been beter than letting them go in the float

IF you have that kind of money to invest, then just email him and tell him so.....or BUY up immediately the balance of any dilutive shares BEFORE they hit the O/S also in a private placement.

Just saying is all........
