#32579 RE: chevyman #32576

Let me beat A.T. to the punch.

A) He told them tall stories around the camp fire late at night when the FDA was tired.

B) He drew them with his set of 64 Crayola crayons.

C) He used his Bat Geiger counter that he got in his Cracker Jacks box.

D) He hacked their web site and extended them himself.

My theories are just as valid as A.T.s. please give them the same consideration. Thank you for your time. I will be holding my shares until we deliver a product. I am hoping to use this machine to shorten my day at work...... sooner if not latter.

The FDA NEVER saw a functioning machine....no one has. Images? What images and what were their quality and associated radiation levels? Patents? They are ideas, concepts, designs of one's imagination that are different from others. It is not up to the patent office to test their validity. You can think up anything you want as as to Dean's options here but one thing is for absolute certain.......... THE DViS WILL NEVER GET APPROUVED WITHOUT PRIOR CLINICAL TRIALS...................PERIOD.
