Lots of potential there. I know it well from my stepfather when the mines were under Belgian control. It has copper, gold, and diamonds. It is one of the richest mineral areas on earth. The area has had lots of conflict. The killing seems to have been brought under control. Sometimes people get tired of killing each other as happened in Cambodia. If the lives of the people are improved by the mining companies, then DGRI sits on a fortune.
