whatever ... as long as everyone thinks this is legit the stock will run and everyone will be happy. The market is ran by humans. If the feeling of security and greed takes over the stock will run.

Just take it as it is and lets run this. 300% gain on 159,468,430 mil volume is impressive. The share structure has to be low on that observation alone.

I read the filing he/she posted and I guess the quick impulse upon reading it made me buy at 0012. more i thought about it though more fishy I felt about the doc. and got out end of day...good luck to the holders here though we'll see what happens
