On the above page, next to CMKX, it references Sec 12k. It does not as you say, specifically refer to part 2. On the other hand it does not specifically refer to part 1 either.

So, if CMKX is suspended under Reg 12k, you must assume the whole Reg applies or any part of it may apply.

The Temp order everyone was excited about wrongly ( you're right about that) was for the days after 911 but it was an order that was allowed by the provisions of 12k (2). 12k (2) didn't expire, only the temp reg it allowed for. By the way, that 5 day order was extended for another 5 days before it expired.

Seems that 12k (2) allows a sort of SEC Martial Law to be declared under circumstances that they deem appropriate.

I'm heading off to work but maybe someone can find a list of other companies suspended under 12k. Only two I've seen in the few minutes I looked have been CMKX and USCA.
