because Trudy has been a fully reporting company, albeit shell, for the past 11 years. Why would they change that now in light of a merger?

The EDGAR filing calendar states that a NT 10Q is a 5 day extension

You are correct, they don't have to file after the NT at all..
They just get delisted into the Pinks. Ya think that is where this is going? Still not a big deal. If Stan wants to keep this above .005 he best file. We will crusify him come Tuesday morning
