I spoke with her on the phone. she could NOT elaborate more then saying yes the revision was made to show the correct amount of shares NOT that as of 10/29/2010 is when they got the approval just that when the revision was made.

I believe the dump was already done.

just ask when Bizauctions Inc raised its A/S
she will tell you that it was on 10/29/2010

And the stock has substantially gone up since.

Every year someone tries to scare people and unfortunately it works, and then they slap there head weeks later when it goes up 100's of percent.
