Rick, I really apppreciate you're sharing that. Brendan can be quite convincing. My one and only real (no kidding) problem with Brendan, is that he became a PAID (salary & stock) employee of the company, so naturally anything he says is going to be positive. You will never hear anything negative out of Ike, Brendan, or anyone else tied to the company.
This also doesn't mean I dismiss anything he says either, but his position is no longer just "one of us". So you must take what he says with a grain of salt, and insist on backing up any claims. It is the company's actions that have rightfully cost them some credibility with shareholders. You know the old saying, don't believe half of what you hear, and question the rest! All claims should be backed up.
What we ALL need is audited financial data!!
