Wow, Mr. MIKEY shows up at around 2:00-2:30 on a Friday, and says, what the heck let me contact about share structure. Spams it about 30 times in a matter of 30 minutes, and the stock price dives.

What a brillant calculated move by a professional flipper.

Amazing, one of the best scare tactics to get a sell off I have ever seen.

I will remember this guy to warn about him throughout IHUB for years to come.

It is a shame people just lost a chance at thousands of dollars, by a friday afternoon scare tactic.

even if they did raise the a/s the last months, it still ran from 2's to 9's last month didnt it ? So why wouldn't it run now? :)

Werchter, unfortunately he is correct about the AS increase. I verified it via chat with the Secretary of State's office of Deleware, where the company is incorporated.
