Sorry, I couldn't resist the word play.

What about these class action suits? They all apply to "buyers of RINO between xxx'09 and xxx'10..." I've purchased thousands of shares within that time (but traded them). Does this mean I qualify for class action status, or does one have to hold throughout the recent plunge?
