Well since RIGHD is trading today no halt and has traded everyday since.

As for Selling they cannot sell all their shares bounce they could sell only 1% of the outstanding or previous 5 weeks whichever is greater every 90 days but all you need to do is ck with the T/A on the amount of resticted to verify.
